Training models

Several training models have been developed, each with their own unique performance benefits.   • Absolutely! It’s for anyone who wants to improve endurance, recovery, or health. Just make sure that you are in a healthy state, you are not overtraining and your iron levels are within normal range before using it.

  • Results vary among individuals, but typically after 2-4 weeks of consistent use (regular training sessions and/or exposure of 12+ hours/day).
